Shipping & Returns


ALL returns will require an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization #) before sending back any parts. A copy of the original invoice or invoice number must accompany all returns.

Returned merchandise must be in its original and undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition, without customer’s price markings. Returns must have the RGA # on the outside of the box when shipping back.

All returns, defective or otherwise, must be shipped back prepaid. OBR will refuse returns that are collect (unless received email authorizations from OBR staff for any collect shipments by the carrier of our choice).

OBR may accept certain products that are defective, damaged in shipping, or shipped in error for return. OBR has the right to refuse any shipments.

Special orders, materials made to order, cut to length, and/or items classified as hazardous material cannot be cancelled or returned.

Electronics (stereos, electronic instruments, battery chargers and gauges, most CDI products) are not returnable unless the error is OBR's or defective. All items will be tested if they are sent back to OBR claimed as defective.

NO returns on marine accessories, oils and lubricants, life jackets, oars, paddles.

NO returns on control cables or steering systems. (Cables and kits)

NO returns on propellers– pitch exchange only.

Booking dealers have 15 days from the invoice date to return authorized product with no restocking fee. Booking dealers returning authorized product after 15 days but LESS than 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Non-booking dealers have 15 days from the invoice date to return authorized product and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 15 days.

Return authorization for restocking will not be granted for any merchandise that has been subjected to damage, abuse, or alteration of the product or packaging in any way, or for special orders and/or items that cannot be returned to original manufacturer.
